HOW CAN COACHING HELP?

Positive Psychology Coaching is an approach backed by science and research that focuses positively on your existing strengths to help you achieve success plus increase your well-being and happiness. And yes, we all have existing strengths – even if you don’t quite believe that!

Essentially, you partner with a coach to help move towards your goals. It’s not mentoring or being provided with a step-by-step blueprint – it’s empowering you to step closer to what you want in life.

WHERE CAN COACHING HELP?

Well, with anything. If you feel “stuck” by not achieving what you’d like to, or frustrated that you’re not living the way you want to, or keep getting sidetracked, coaching can help you move forward. It could be:

  • Career related: How do I get that promotion, or be better prepared for my next role? How can I better interact with colleagues? How do I figure out what I want to do next?
  • Health or fitness related: I want to be healthier but lack motivation; I need to lose weight but struggle; I want to run a marathon – how can I develop an effective training strategy? I want to stop smoking or reduce drinking.
  • Personal issues: I’m struggling to communicate with certain people; I keep putting myself last; I should be happy but I’m not; I want to find meaning in my life.

These are just some situations where coaching could help.

Coaching always starts with a no-obligation, no-charge Introductory Session to see if coaching is right for you and if you and the coach are a good fit.
