AN AF ADVENTURE!

AF is short for ‘Alcohol-Free’, basically a break from booze. If you’re looking to cut back on drinking and finding it a little tricky, there’s plenty of help at hand. For starters, a coaching session with me 🙂

There’s loads of reasons you might want a tactical break from alcohol – to achieve fitness/weight goals, for greater consistency, to save money or just because.
